This is it… The first post and let’s start with a simple, but tasty & healthy beginning.
I always start the day with some fruit, the healthy way is fruit first and the rest of your meal half an hour later or two hours after your meal. #healthtip
So, here I show you the very basic, with 2 important fruits that contain the most important essentials: kiwi’s & banana’s.
You can also add some powerberries and/or other fruits…You will see what I mean in future posts…
