A very easy dish to make that contains a lot of goods for the body. Healthy&Glutenfree.

WHAT YOU NEED:
– 4 cloves of garlic
– 1 Hot Red Pepper without the seeds
– Broccoli
– 1 steak
– Gluten free soy sauce
– Salt&Pepper

HOW TO:

– steam the chopped broccoli, or don’t. As u wish…
– put oil in a wok pan and add the roughly chopped garlic & fine slices of red pepper
– add the broccoli pieces to the wok pan
– back the steak in a pan. Medium.
– Cut the steak in pieces and add to the wok for a minute or 2.
– Add soy sauce, pepper&salt to taste.
